Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. You will receive a full refund only if the VIP V-BUCK Rewards have not been redeemed. Once the V-BUCKS have been redeemed from your order, your re-fund is void. We will however be happy to provide you with an exchange for another item. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You will also need to include your name, email and order number along with your returned item. This is needed for proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can correct the issue right away.

In the event of any damaged items, please send a photo or video along with your customer service submission. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be notified, and we will automatically refund back to your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to you.
